There's really nothing that CCP can do, I'd imagine it's almost impossible to confirm the presence of a market bot. Thanks for the information. And I certainly hope that Ji doesnt waste CCPs time, reporting a simple question asked in order to understand an improve the game by reporting exploiters.

you always buy from the cheapest order even though you select a more expensive order..¿ so you are just paying the people that 0.01's more for their goods!

Actually, what you're doing is buying the item from the seller who's priced at 4999.99, but you're choosing to give him or her an extra 0.01 ISK. I encourage you to read up on how the Market works.
